ich habe mir im Netz ein kleines Set zur Molekularen Küche bestellt und wollte gleich mal die Spährenbildung ausprobieren. Mein Problem liegt nun in der Calcic-Lösung. Immer wenn ich so eine Lösung mit dem Calcic anrühre fängt das Wasser sofort das Gelieren an bei 5g auf 1l Wasser. Ist das normal? Im Vergleich mit dem Video auf Youtube denke ich nicht und ich gehe mittlerweile davon aus, dass der Händler ne falsche Textur als Calcic geliefert hat?!<br />
